Terms of Service

By creating a KOBNEX account or using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Community Guidelines.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a binding contract.

Your account

• You are responsible for your credentials and activity on your account.
• You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete Account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Guidelines.

User content

You retain ownership of content you post. You grant KOBNEX a license to host, display, and distribute your content solely to operate the service. You must not post illegal, abusive, or infringing material.

Virtual currency (KOB coins)

KOB coins are a virtual in-app currency with no cash value unless explicitly stated in a separate approved program. Coins are not transferable outside KOBNEX except as features allow. During test periods, wallet and reward features may be limited or reset.

Live streaming & messaging

Real-time features must comply with our Community Guidelines. We may remove content, end streams, or restrict features to protect users.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.
