Privacy Policy

KOBNEX("we", "us") operates the KOBNEX social gaming platform. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

• Account data: email, username, display name, password (hashed), date of birth.
• Profile and content you create: posts, stories, messages, live streams, games, comments.
• Usage data: interactions, analytics, device/browser type, IP address (via hosting).
• Media you upload with your permission: photos, videos, audio, avatars.
• Wallet and virtual currency activity (KOB coins) within the app.

How we use information

• Provide authentication, feeds, messaging, live streaming, and creator tools.
• Moderate content, enforce Community Guidelines, and respond to abuse reports.
• Improve safety, performance, and product features.
• Send service emails (verification, password reset) and optional notifications you enable.

Third-party services

We use Supabase (auth, database, storage, realtime), ZEGOCLOUD (live streaming), and optional music/AI providers when enabled. Each processor receives only data needed for that feature.

Children

KOBNEX is not for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Contact us to request removal if you believe a child registered.

Your rights

• Access, update, or delete your account in Settings → Delete Account.
• Control privacy toggles in Settings → Privacy & Safety.
• Contact support@kobnex.com for data requests.

Data retention

We retain data while your account is active. When you delete your account, profile and associated content are removed subject to legal retention requirements and backup cycles.
